Listening is the foundation of my coaching approach. My training in Psychotherapy was in the modality of Person-centred and my name “Pawsitive Regard” comes from the term developed by Carl Rogers’ of Unconditional Positive Regard. To me this means valuing the other no matter what they bring to the session. I like to practice a person-centred and paw-centred approach when it comes to helping you to train your dog! By understanding what you both need, we can start to build an effective training plan.

Next, we’ll reflect on what’s working and what’s not. Putting together how both you and your dog feel at the centre of our work together.

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning. Hopefully we have built the foundations for you and your dog’s relationship to flourish.

Puppy Foundations
A behaviourally minded approach to Puppy training, focussing on how your puppy feels and socialisation, whilst learning some important life skills.
A 6 week course held indoors, in small groups with a maximum of 4 puppies. Suitable to attend from first vaccination up to 20weeks.
Life Skills Classes
A 6 week course focussed on covering all the life skills you need to tackle adolescents onwards. Suitable for any age of dog from 5 months plus. Held outdoors in a real world environment. You must have attended our puppy course or had a 1-2-1 with me before joining.
